Delete Your UnderCover Party Data or Account
This page explains your options for deleting data. You can choose to:
- Delete specific data while keeping your account active (recommended if you want to continue using the free version)
- Delete your entire account and all associated data (permanent action)
Option 1: Delete Specific Data (Keep Your Account)
If you want to keep using UnderCover Party but delete certain data, you have the following options:
Delete Purchase Data
What happens: Your purchase history will be deleted, but your account remains active. You will lose access to premium features.
To delete only your purchase data:
- Send an email to arouaystudio@gmail.com
- Subject: "Delete Purchase Data - UnderCover Party"
- Include: Your Google account email address
- We will process your request within 30 days
Delete Advertising Data
What happens: Your advertising preferences and interaction data with Google AdMob will be reset. Your account remains active.
To delete advertising data managed by Google:
- Visit Google My Ad Center
- Follow Google's instructions to delete your advertising data
- This is managed directly by Google, not by us
Option 2: Delete Your Entire Account
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow the instructions below.
⚠️ Warning: Complete account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Firebase Authentication Data: Your email address, display name, profile picture, and Google User ID
- Purchase Data: Your purchase history and payment information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- User Preferences: Any synced settings or preferences associated with your account
What Data Will NOT Be Deleted?
- Local Game Data: Data stored only on your device (uninstall the app to remove this)
- Google AdMob Data: Advertising data managed by Google (delete via My Ad Center)
- Legal Records: Some financial records may be retained for up to 12 months for tax and accounting compliance
- Backup Data: Backups may be retained for up to 90 days for technical reasons
ℹ️ Premium Purchase: If you have purchased premium features, deleting your account will remove your access to these features. This action cannot be undone, and you will not receive a refund for your purchase.
How to Delete Your Account
1 Send a Deletion Request
Email us at arouaystudio@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - UnderCover Party"
Please include in your email:
- The email address associated with your Google Sign-In account
- Your display name (if you remember it)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
2 Wait for Confirmation
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Important: Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to:
- Sign in to UnderCover Party with that Google account
- Access any premium features you have purchased
- Restore any deleted data
If you want to use the app again, you will need to create a new account and repurchase premium features.
